Title : Senior Technical Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handling the CICD pipelines in Github actions
- Automation of customer onboarding to any cloud using workflows and Java or Python
- Enabling blue-green deployments for customer infrastructure
- Enabling the fallback disaster servers for customer infrastructure
- Review the deployment architecture and give feedback
- Enabling alert mechanism in case of failures in customer environment
- Handling backup and recovery for customer deployments
- Automation of On-premise deployment
- Working with the Development team to improve the deployment frameworks
Skills Requirement
- Extensive Proficiency in Linux: Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux systems, including deep expertise in administration, optimization, and automation.
- CI/CD Pipeline Development: Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines, especially with GitHub Actions and cloud-native solutions like Google Cloud Workflows or Cloud Pipelines.
- Serverless and Container Deployments: Experience deploying serverless applications and managing containerized environments, including orchestrations with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure). Cloud certification in any one technology is preferred.
- Traffic Management: Competence in managing application traffic with load balancers and firewalls, both in cloud and on-premise environments.
- Scripting and Automation: Proficient in scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, Ruby, or Python to automate workflows and system tasks.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Strong background in infrastructure automation with Terraform, including provisioning and managing infrastructure at scale.
- Deployment Automation: Skilled in automating deployment processes for cloud-based or on-premises environments.
- Monitoring and Alerting: Experience with infrastructure monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Monitoring, or DataDog) to ensure system reliability and uptime.
- Network Management: Solid understanding of network configuration and security practices in both cloud and on-premise infrastructures.
- Coding Skills: Java development skills are a plus and will be considered an advantage.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across various deployment stages.
